03

How the practices are held

04

Who this retreat is—and is not—for

Application, expectations, physical demands, and the importance of fit.

05

What Maestro Valley is like

The Resonance Dome, cliff-side temazcal, Lake Atitlán, and daily rhythm.

06

How to prepare and apply

The application process, travel, what happens next, and time for your questions.
